Frozen whole lamb feet, also known as paya. They are rich in collagen and minerals, making them ideal for slow-cooked dishes like traditional broths, soups, and stews. To prepare, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight before cooking.
Keep refrigerated, once opened use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use-by date.
For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use-by date. Once frozen consume within 3 months. Once defrosted use the same day.
Do not refreeze once defrosted.
